I did not receive a Form 8889-T form and the program indicates that I have to do an entry. How do I fix this?

The Form 8889 is required if you received a distribution or made a contribution to a HSA account.  If this form does not apply to you, simply remove it from the program. 

In TurboTax online edition, here are the steps:

1.  Sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2.  On your left, Select Tax Tools / drop down menu

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to Form 8889-T and Continue with My Return to proceed
