i did not put anything on my 2021 tax return line 30. for the recovery rebate. will i receive it in January 2025

No one here knows. The IRS has identified some people who could have gotten the 3rd stimulus payment on their 2021 return. If someone else could claim you as a dependent for 2021 then you were not eligible then and are not eligible now. We do not know who they are. You can check your online account with the IRS to see if the IRS shows that you already got the $1400.
