I did my taxes through Credit Karma's "Free" taxes and ended up paying $82.16 for this "Free" service. I want a refund! I will be canceling CK as soon as this is resolved!

If you wanted to use the free service why did you pay anything at all ?    You should have stopped and questioned the fee before you paid it or filed.

In the future ... go to the IRS site to link into a truely FREE FILE option ...
