Has anyone whos return was accepted on 1/17/2019 gotten their refund or at least had their refunds approved?

I got a DDD for Feb 6th accepted on 26th. Approved on Feb 2nd..

No ddd date, but U have no bars, also received this message: According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before mid-February for tax returns that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit. I see 2018 listed as a transcript and does that mean I was approved?

I filed on the 17th accepted on the 18th.  Checked my transcript on the IRS site and gave me a date for 2-11-19.  My sister filed a week after me and checked her transcript with a date of 2-18-19.  Hope this helps!

Thanks! Still no DDD for me and I did try to download transcripts but I got an error that my phone number couldn’t be verified (apparently some phone numbers won’t come up, weird because I am a U.S. Cellular customer) I guess it will just be a waiting game. That does help though. I’ll be sure to come back and update when I do receive mine.

I still have no DD and I filed on the 17th as well. My federal was accepted the next day and my State was accepted the 25th. I have no date for either. State is giving me a 8-12 weeks message and Fed is saying I have to wait mid-late February. I had bars in the beginning and they disappeared. Not sure why people who filed way after are getting their dates already. It’s pretty frustrating.

Mine said this as well, I filed on 1-21-19, and I checked 2 days later and first I had bars, then I checked it a few days later and I got that same message saying I had to check back mid February  because of the PATH ACT.  One lady at my job told me yesturday that she claims her grandson on her taxes and they already have a DDD for her....This is so frustrating!

Has anyone tried calling its customer service to speak with someone just to see if any information is given

I did! I spoke to an agent for state and federal just to make sure that I wasn't being audited or anything and I am not, no letters sent and the agent said no need to worry and he doesn't see anything wrong so they are just "working on it". Still have no bars. I actually relooked at Turbo tax and I filed the 11th, got accepted the 14th, and it was transmitted the 28th 2019. STILL NO DDD. Nothing has moved. Turbo tax said I should receive mine by the 2/4 but that's probably because I filed early. I at least just want a date.
