Yes, if you have successfully e-filed your tax return, you can delete your tax information and still receive your refund.

However, I would not advise it unless you print a copy first.

You will need information from your 2018 tax return to e-file your 2019 tax return. You should also retain your tax information for at least three years in case there is a problem.
