When it says you are owed a Federal Tax Refund of $0, it is giving you the amount you are due as a result of the amended return. Since the amended return made no change other than a name, it doesn't affect your original refund, so the change (dollar-wise) is 0.
You should be able to open the Form 1040-X, and then select Delete Form from the menu.
That should return your return to the original values.
Actually, when preparing a Form 1040-X Amended Return, if you want to keep your original copy, you should open the return, and select "Save As", and rename the file (i.e. "Amended" or something like that), prior to opening the 1040-X or making other changes. You will then have two files in your TurboTax...the original, and the "Amended"
