I cleared my 2018 return and submitted again and I received my return for 2018. When I try to reopen my 2018 return to get my AGI, TT says my 2018 is incomplete?

Try doing a Account Recovery Request for your TurboTax Account. Maybe you used a different account. This request will pull up any accounts you have with TurboTax.
