I cant seem to receive a tax return at my place of work been there for going on 4 yrs and always have to owe i dont understand why i cant receive a tax return?

i have always got a tax return but after i started working here i haven't been able to receive one and i cant understand why?

If you owe tax due every year, you are not having enough withheld and may want to change the W-4 you give to the employer and have them withhold more tax from your paychecks. it will mean smaller paychecks but you can avoid owing at tax time.
