I cannot access any of my previous years TurboTax returns. I keep getting a .NETFramework error.

If you have your Prior Year TurboTax programs on your computer, you should be able to click the icon to open the program and view your tax file.

If you receive the .NETFramework error while trying to install a prior year version of TurboTax, here's how to Troubleshoot Problems with Microsoft .NET Framework. 

If the troubleshooting steps don't resolve your error, it might not be due to a problem with the .NET Framework.  Instead, it could be that other software is preventing the TurboTax installer from creating necessary files.
