I can view my transcripts but I have PATH

I efiled on January 30 and URS accepted the same day.  On 1/31 WMR said received and processing.  On 2/2"I received the PATH message.  I know IRS can't issue refunds before 2/15 if someone claims EIC or ACTC.  What I am trying to find out is whether being able to view my transcripts means my return was processed?  I also have the date 2/21/22 on my transcript.

Per the IRS:

A tax transcript will not help you find out when you’ll get your refund.

[and]

According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue EITC and ACTC refunds before mid-February. The IRS expects most EITC/Additional CTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by March 1, if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return. However, some taxpayers may see their refunds a few days earlier

The transcripts will be available only later after the tax season is over.

IRS will process the tax return and issue a refund first.

Keep checking in IRS website for your refund status.
