I can't locate my 4562 form. It says it wont print if I didnt add anything new this year but I still need a copy of it and when I open the return it doesn't show

If a form 4562 is not needed then it will not be included in the return ... nothing you can do to change that fact. 

Why do you need an unneeded form ?   Is some nit wit mortgage broker looking for it ?    If so get one on the IRS site ... enter your name & SS# on it ... print it off and present it to the fool who wants a blank form.    https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4562.pdf
