I can’t file my 2018 or 2019 taxes nor get my stimulus check because of an IRS identity pin! Any suggestions?

Your 2018 return should be mailed for processing, which I would suggest that you do now to avoid further delays processing. TurboTax cannot e-file a prior year return electronically.  

For 2019, you can either wait for the IRS to re-open to assist you with your IP PIN retrieval, or you can mail that return as well.  However, the IRS isn't currently processing mailed returns so it may turn out to be quicker to wait for the offices to re-open to retrieve the IP PIN and file electronically.  

It is not yet known when IRS offices are expected to re-open.
