I can't ammend a 2019 CD/DVD return after it was accepted

1. I have e-filed my fed and state returns  using the CD/DVD version of TurboTax. 
2. I saved and exited.
3. I realized I made a mistake and changed a deduction amount
4. I saved and exited.
5. MY returns were subsequently accepted
6. I checked in TurboTax and it sees both accepted
7. I then tried to eFile again and it says "You have no returns eligible for e-filing"

How can I e-File my amended 2019 return?

Please remove any changes you made to the tax return that was filed.  The tax return has to be exactly how it was filed before you start to amend the tax return.

A federal amended tax return, Form 1040X, can only be printed and mailed.  It cannot be e-filed.
