IRS requested my 1095a and 8962. I mailed it in on March 5, how do i know it was received?

The best way to tell is to call the IRS and ask them if they are showing that the forms have been received and are in your tax profile. They will be able to let you know what is going on. The IRS does not share this information with Turbo Tax so we have no way to know if/when they have been received.

i can only find the automated line for IRS, which number is best to speak to a representative.

I tryed to call the IRS and it says they don't have that info at this time . Is there someone at the IRS to call and find out

It depends.
