I believe I forgot to add a couple of donations on my taxes, which I have already sent off. Is there a way for me to check if I listed them?

Yes.  Open up TurboTax and then open your tax return.  Click on View > Forms.  Your tax forms should now be listed on the left-hand side of the screen.  You should have a Charitable Contributions Summary worksheet that shows your listed contributions or you may see your contributions listed in your forms as a Charitable Organization.  

If you need to add the donations to your tax return that has been filed, you'll have to file an Amended tax return, a 1040X.  You'll need to decide if adding the additional charitable donation worth filing and amended tax return, which depends on if the donation was large enough to make a difference in your tax return.
