I forgot to add my sales tax to my return. I now have added it in and it does not show that I’m getting anything back. I bought 2 cars so I just don’t think that’s right

I assume you are itemizing.  If so you apparently do not have enough deductions to get a refund even with the sales tax for the two cars.  This would indicate that the standard deduction is being used by Turbo Tax.
