I applied part of state refund from 2016 to this year. It's not showing as a credit. Is it being applied?

To enter the amount applied to your state taxes:

1. Go to Federal > Deductions & Credits
2. Scroll down to Estimates and click Start next to Other Income Taxes
3. Answer Yes to Do any of the above situations apply to you?
4. Scroll down to the 2016 Refund Applied to 2017 section
5. Click Start next to 2016 refund applied to 2017 state taxes
6. Enter the amount on the next screen.
