I am wondering if I can clean my ex-girlfriend and her child on my 2016 tax returns.

We were together for four years and we split up November 20, 2016 and she moved out. I provided the majority of the support for our family. She worked a part-time job which gave her a little bit of money to spend and paid her car payment and car insurance. Besides that I paid all of our bills (Rent, utilities, food, etc) now that we are split up I am wondering if I can claim them for the year 2016 as I supported them 11 out of the 12 months.

No you cannot claim any of them as dependents on your 2016 tax return.  To claim a non-relative as a dependent they must live in your home for the entire year of 2016, among other requirements.

"worked a part-time job" Even if she lived with you all year, to claim her, her income must be less than $4,050.
