I am preparing 1040-X to amend 2020 tax report. I was preliminary got the form 8915-E in my final report but I then decided not to use it. How to remove the form 8915-E?

I found that I could not get rid of 8915-E form from my final 1040-X report even I redo the 1040-X amending. Why? Can TurboTax remove it for me?

You cannot just "remove the form" instead you have to remove the entry that is populating that form.  Return to the scene of the crime in the 1099-R interview and undo the election.
