I am not able to pull up the information from last year. I already started the process and it is not showing up

I started the process and it is not showing any of the information that I already placed in turbotax.

Your computer needs to have access to the PDF file that you saved from last years taxes.  If you did not save a PDF, TT should still be able to access the information from last year if you are on the same computer that you used last year.  You can look under documents or downloads to see if either of those of there.  If there, do an update of TT, some of my info didn't come up correctly at first.
