I am not able to print and save a PDF copy of my filed TurboTax federal and state returns. Each time I try to download, it doesn't appear to do anything. any ideas?

Thanks for the response.  Actually spoke with customer service.  I'd already submitted and the returns were accepted by federal and state.  While I had an option to save/print PDF copy, it kept showing as a .txt file.  Solution was to click button to add another state..which re-opened return and let me save and print a .pdf version of returns.  Hope this helps someone else.
