How long does your refund take to be deposited on your turbo tax prepaid card once your approve i have never used one of these cards and it usualy would be pending by now

IRS sent mine on the 27th. As soon as it was released, the bank should have deposited it. Net spend NEVER had this issue!! Green dot sucks and since they are NOT the government, why are they holding the funds??? I won't be making this mistake ever again. Intuit needs to get their crap together!!! No banking institute has the right to hold the damn funds.

The IRS used to release funds on one day a week. Now they do it every day. My son's was released and he didnt get it until a Monday. Same thing happened to my friend...Monday.  apparently, this green dot bank is trying to pretend they have the right to dispurse funds when they want to. Has anyone looked up this banking institute?! Omg...why would Intuit use them anyway?? Release everyones funds when the IRS does and people might be happier with the service. THATS how you get repeat customers. You have 1 job

I am having the same issue. I will NEVER use green dot services again. Last yr I never had an issue with my Netspend card with my refund. I even used the deluxe option this yr by mistake and still don't have my funds. They are full of shit. My funds has been released on the 27th so why do I have to keep waiting for turbo tax card to release my funds and I paid a fee. This is ridiculous.  I've never been so upset.

Turbo but WHY? i have A friend who used a turbo card and she got hers the 26th !!!!!!! When her sent that was the 27th I’m mad as hell . Where the hell is our money

Right! I thought it was suppose to be faster use the card but i was probably better off just getting a paper check

Exactly!!  Every one who had the 27th deposit date has to wait til March 4th to get it. They super wrong for that!

just read all the reviews and i'd have to concur. i will never use Turbo Tax again. hr block and taxact wouldve gotten my money to me already. F*** intuit and green dot for this one.

Green dot has a facebook... you send inquiries and you can rate them. Of course, they lie and say theyll contact you within 24 hrs and they havent contacted me yet!! I have used intuit for 22 years and unfortunately, our time is done. I will NEVER use anything affiliated with Green Dot again!!!!

Mine was taken by the ORS to pay off financial assistance requested by baby mama. Thank God I didn't need that money for rent, dental work, auto repairs, and clothes and toys for my kids. Note the thick layer of sarcasm and STRONG distaste for my government.
