Just wanted to add, just because I got rejected with Turbo Tax it didn’t affect my filing with the other site I posted.

Yes, all they are doing is repeating the same exact thing. And I have not seen any other services having this problem. I'm paying 269 dollars to make sure everything is accurate and 100%  guarantee approval to get rejected. Pure BS and false advertising.

Thank you so much for that advice. Rather than keep submitting after my second time and rejection through TurboTax I also went to that other site it was free and I added $6.99 for deluxe and saved myself the $78 as well as the weight and the hassle in which they’ve created. They cannot hold any of us responsible after filing we did it ourselves the $39 fee or paying any of it as it was their system error. So be prepared to fight that if you went to another site .

Absolutely not true. I did answer yes and I still had the same problem. I refiled again today this happened to me five days ago. I should’ve never even received this form as I never had the Marketplace in 2021 but they owed me $600 and instead of giving it back to me apparently they applied it to January 2021 December 2020 October and November 20 20 without my consent. I didn’t even know I had to use one of those forms. So they rejected I put it in they reject it again.  It is your system error so I went to another site. I am not waiting especially when I put in all the numbers and all you do is electronically file it not have someone do it and have to pay that much money. And no one will help you. You have to pay two companies . It’s crazy

Do we have to put yes even if we didn’t receive any  unemployment money? I remember receiving a letter saying I was approved for unemployment even though I never applied.

Just wanted to come on here and say I ended up going to hr block and irs accepted (my twice rejected return ) In mins. I loved TurboTax and if this wasn’t a issue I would have kept my business here this year. Good luck to y’all.

Noone will know till tomorrow or after the system kept saying wait until the 3rd of February to refile by efile.

I just tried to refile and was rejected again.  Do we need to do something to correct this on our end.  I was under the impression turbo tax needed to fix something.

I was getting this message back on the 1st when I tried to submit mine.  I was able to do so this morning around 10 AM EST.  Both my Federal and State were accepted, and no changes needed to be made to the existing return that was originally rejected.

I am with absolutely all and everyone on here regarding this code. I also went on their app site and gave one star and explained my issue. When I'm paying for max and your completely side stepping and acting like it is my issue and giving me bo help over live chat in top of it . I find this absolutely ridiculous

4 rejections for the same reason. I Refiled my 5th time, at 4:40 PM Pacific and got accepted at 5:08 PM. Good luck seem to be fixed.
