Absolutely not true. I did answer yes and I still had the same problem. I refiled again today this happened to me five days ago. I should’ve never even received this form as I never had the Marketplace in 2021 but they owed me $600 and instead of giving it back to me apparently they applied it to January 2021 December 2020 October and November 20 20 without my consent. I didn’t even know I had to use one of those forms. So they rejected I put it in they reject it again. It is your system error so I went to another site. I am not waiting especially when I put in all the numbers and all you do is electronically file it not have someone do it and have to pay that much money. And no one will help you. You have to pay two companies . It’s crazy
