Ohh good to read someone got threw. For some reason someone said you could only try three times and then you have to mail it in, but your saying you got in even after that ! Glad you got in fellow member.
It's advised you mailed in you return after 3 rejections, but you can keep attempting as many times as you need. This rejection is different than other it has to do with updating software.

I spent over an hour in a half on the phone tonight with a turbo tax "specialist " trying to resolve the same issue. Apparently the supervisor just does not talk on the phone to relay the actual solution. I learned after resubmitting my tax returns again and being quickly rejected again, that I just wasted my time. The agent did not know how to really resolve the issue which is fine, but I do appreciate the agent listening and really trying to resolve the issue. After using turbo tax for over 10 years, I know for a fact next year I will not return (no pun intended). Hopefully we all will get a resolution soon.
I couldn't agree with you more, I finally thought I got in with both the federal and state but now just the federal got accepted and the state got rejected. When there was no problem with the state in the first place. Plus I lived in two states this year and I didn't need to have to do taxes in one of them and I stated that the first time as to not be charged for it but the second time around they turned them both they tried to charge me. All these issues are absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for your feedback . All these issues I'm assuming alot won't be returning
It is now well past February 3rd when Turbo Tax has said that this issue would be resolved and now I'm getting a message from them about this saying "your return cannot be electronically filed. Print your return and mail to the nearest IRS service center" instead.
It still gives the option to refile online but I will now have to print my taxes and mail them? This is why I use Turbo Tax so I can E-File instead of using snail mail.
Anyone else getting the same? I don't want to print and mail and I also don't want to refile again and then get rejected again and cause anymore issues!
I got 2 rejections for the same reason. Refiled my 3th time, 2/8/2022 at 12 PM and got accepted at 12:3 PM 😎.
I said forget it and went through a different site. I used freetaxusa with no issues. To file federal was free, only had to pay $15 to file state. So easy with no complications!
That's absolutely amazing Destiny good for you honey. I definitely should of done the same thing cause they are charging me for both state and federal because non of their reps helped me figure out the issue with my state and now I have to file it through mail. I'm by far so disappointed.
I filed last night, Feb 10, 2022 and got the same rejection. Doesn't look like it is fixed.
After getting this same rejection error 3 times (all filed after feb. 3), I filed with a different service. It seems the issue for me was simply a rounding error through Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax was rounding down incorrectly on line 5 of the 8962 form. When I used the other service, they rounded up (the same way we were taught to do in grade school) and my returns were accepted with no issue.
I submitted the federal taxes using TurboTax Deluxe last night, 9 Feb 2022. I got the same rejection notice:
F8962-006-01 - If Form 8962, Line 1 'TotalExemptionsCnt' has a non-zero value, then Line 5 'FederalPovertyLevelPct' must be equal to Line 3 'HouseholdIncomeAmt' divided by Line 4 'PovertyLevelAmt'.
Any more ideas?

The same thing happens to me, it's already been 7 times that my taxes have been rejected, and I didn't have health insurance in 2021
Oh my God!!! I've been freaking out about this same issue and haven't been able to get any answers, hell I can't even get turbo tax to actual communicate with me. I request a call from live person and 6 times the stupid robotic retard "help" told me someone would call in the next 8 minutes, but I never got a single call. And I am tax ignorant. I don't trust that I would know if whatever was wrong before was fixed now. I saw somewhere in some forum something about them autocorrecting it, does that mean that TurboTax already corrected the error and I don't need to go change anything? And as far as the e-filing..it says I can't efile that I need to mail in my return, but then I read in your post something about just waiting until after a certain date until you are able to efile again,😖😖😖😖😖😵😵😵🥴🥴🥴🥴🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 someone please help me, I feel so lost and I can't get any actual information, let alone help from TurboTax. I'm so upset, I own the fact that I suck at " adulting". That's why I paid these **bleep**ers 80 bucks to make sure my ignorant ass didn't **bleep** anything up and have to wait forever for my money, but instead I'm stuck in limbo because they didn't dot i's and cross t's correctly.. wtf ?? I coulda **bleep**ed my own **bleep** up for free. But please anyone that offer any info or help , I'm desperate...I need file this **bleep**
