After you file

I spent over an hour in a half  on the phone tonight with a turbo tax "specialist " trying to resolve the same issue. Apparently the supervisor just does not talk on the phone to relay the actual solution. I learned after resubmitting my tax returns again and being quickly rejected again, that I just wasted my time. The agent did not know how to really resolve the issue which is fine, but I do appreciate the agent listening and really trying to resolve the issue. After using turbo tax for over 10 years, I know for a fact next year I will not return (no pun intended).   Hopefully we all will get a resolution soon.
