It's not worth it for me to subscribe to the PLUS plan because it is TurboTax program that messed it up. I wish I could post screenshots here. Someone please help me.
If you have to amend the return it Must be Exactly as it was originally filed before you can amend the return.
Delete the W-2 you added.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return. Click on Federal on the left side of the screen. Click on Wages & Income. If you started an amended tax return then you can cancel the amended return by clicking on Cancel Amend on the left side of the screen (if shown)
An amended tax return, Form 1040X, can only be printed, signed, dated and mailed by you to the IRS, it cannot be e-filed. The IRS will take up to 4 months to process the amended tax return. Wait until you have received the tax refund or the taxes owed have been paid and processed by the IRS before amending the tax return.

Hey. Thank you so much for the detailed info; however, it doesn't help in my situation. Something needs to be fixed in the program.
Last time when I amended it, I didn't submit or cancel the amendment because I thought I could continue it later. But now TurboTax doesn't have that W-2 as my amendment, instead it is in my original submission, which doesn't make sense. I deleted that W-2 in the amendment, and it became a due if I submitted that amended returns.

If your tax return is back to how it was originally filed before you started the amend process, then you should be able to start the amend procedure again. If this is not possible then you need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
