Thank you for your response! I have taken the steps you mentioned. However, after I go through the steps and make sure no foreign accounts are selected, TurboTax does not correct itself and is still telling me I have to pay for Deluxe at the end.
I would suggest to clear and start over then. Make sure that you do not mark you have a foreign account. Once it upgraded you to Deluxe, you won't be downgraded to the free version.
