How will my daughter file her taxes? She is 19, high school student, lives with me and her father. We have already filed. Do I file her separate or amend my return?

I did claim her, but she worked part time and needs to file her own.  So how do I go about filing her taxes?  Do I just start a new form for her?

That's correct. You can start a new return for her. Just make sure to mark that she is being claimed by someone else. This will allow her to file and most likely receive the majority of her withholdings back as a refund.
