I had already filed my taxes early and then I got a notification that they were rejected. Upon updating and before resubmitting my return, I noticed my account went from Deluxe to Self-Employed with the type of TurboTax I was using. How do I remove TurboTax Self-Employed and go back to just Deluxe? I have tried hitting "clear and start over" but it just says I cannot because I have already e-filed. How am I somehow allowed to add a service upon refiling but cannot remove that added service before resubmitting?

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can downgrade your TurboTax Online.

How to downgrade
I have completed all the step in the FAQ and I have not been given any option to downgrade. When ever I select clear and start over, it says I cannot do that because I have already edited.
If you cannot clear and start over, that is the only way you can down grade.
