What steps do I have to take so they will "provide [me] with the downloadable software"? I don't see that option anywhere.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
When you are in the account and click on 2022 you will see the instructions to amend. The link you need to download will be supplied as you go through the amend steps. Be sure to pick the correct download, either Windows or MAC version.
Do I need to be on Windows or Mac to see that?
I am trying to get access to a Windows PC, but right now I'm on Linux and don't see any option about that.
What about for my 2023 return!? That is the one I need to amend.

Sorry, yes you need a Windows or Mac computer.
I got the Windows computer.
Now I see the option for 2022 but not for 2023!?
