How to fix my 2019 state taxes

Fix in what way?   What are you trying to do with your 2019 state tax return?   It is too late to amend a 2019 return to get a bigger refund.   Or...if it was rejected --not filed -- it is too late to file it to get a refund even if a refund is shown on the form.   Or is there something else?---Did you receive a letter from the state about the return?
