I used Turbo Tax 2021 desktop to e-file my tax return and received email that "Your 2021 California LLC Filing return was rejected". It asked me to sign in to TurboTax and click "Fix the error". I signed with my account but find no fix error button. I also didn't find any filed documents. I tried to switch my desktop to Turbo Tax online. However, I couldn't enter my license code. It said my license was connected to another account, while I only have one Intuit account. And in downloads, it shows "TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN CA TAX YEAR 2021 E-FILE".
What should I do? How can I fix the error?

I only have one intuit account and the e-file rejection email was sent to the same email of my account. It shouldn't be sent the the email if I used another account.
Anyhow, I had turbo tax specialist called me yesterday. But it seems the internet connection was bad. The specialist said she would call me back but she didn't. When I tried to login my account just now. It said my access was denied.
Not sure whether they are checking my account so my access was denied. But it seems I can do nothing now.
