Since you can not e-file a prior year tax return (the IRS says so) you will have to use the CD version of TurboTax 2017 to prepare, print, sign and mail your return to the IRS. You can purchase and then download the TurboTax 2017 CD installation file at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/  Make sure you are under the correct tab for the tax year you need to file. Otherwise, if you purchase the program for a tax year not needed, you own it.
