Sorry---that is a conversation to have with your GF. Did your GF actually e-file a tax return? If so, it is done and you cannot get the return back nor can you get a refund from TT.
If the software has been paid for, but the return was not filed, you are still highly unlikely to get a refund from TT. But you can talk to customer support for that discussion.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
