How long does your refund take to be deposited on your turbo tax prepaid card once your approve i have never used one of these cards and it usualy would be pending by now

You'll never get the money before the IRS pays the refund (check www.irs.gov.refunds) -- not just refund approved, but actually paid.  Then, it should take no more than 1 or 2 more business days, usually less.  If longer, You can contact Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (SBBT) customer service at 877-908-7228 or visit their website www.sbtpg.com

all customer service says is they use green dot bank. ive never used this card before I don't have fees or anything being took out . I keep reading reviews on how peoples money was not deposited . I'm wondering do they deposit in the morning or do I have to wait later in the day .

I have been hunting all day to find answer and it appears that our refund mine and my husbands is being helad by the Treasury department by what’s called a Treasury Offset. This is seemingly due to delinquent student debt. If you have not yet use the TSP website to see if they have received your funds they have an online form you can go through to do so and if they have not received the funds then I would start looking to see if it is being held by the Treasury for some reason. I’ve also been waiting since the 27th . My refund was “sent” on the 27th around 11:50pm ! And it’s been 2 days now and still nothing on my card ... this is my first time using the TurboTax card and I’ll never do this again ... you can’t even speak with a live representative unless you upgrade and pay $29.99 if anyone gets their refund on the card please let me know how long it took

Which website did you check ? I was Reading another forum it said it could take 1-5 days to go onto the card after it’s been sent
