How long does it take to go from pending to accepted. I filed at 8:00 am on 2/12/21

I have the same question. I filed on Jan 31 2021 and it is still pending. I know they didn’t start accepting today but shouldn’t it at least say transmitted?

If you e-filed your return before February 12,2021, it'll stay in Pending status until the IRS starts processing the backlog of returns.
