Thanks for reaching out. yes I did put the whole amount before any deduction and still says record doesn't match, not sure what's going on.
@userkhemrk In addition to what Carissa stated above, are you entering your Federal amount only, when checking your refund status on the IRS Where's My Refund? site? If everything is being entered correctly, it is most likely due to the post on the IRS site right now. You can check here: Where's My Refund? - Internal Revenue Service but it is posted as follows:
"Updates to Where’s My Refund Status Delayed for Some
The Where’s My Refund app may show “Return Received,” even if we’ve already issued your refund. Your refund will not be delayed. There’s no need to call the IRS."
I have seen may people post that they have received their refund and the Where's My Refund? site was still not updated. For now, I would continue to check back, you can also try downloading the IRS2Go app to check your refund status.
