How does one avoid the error message "direct debit yes box should not be checked – this is only for e-filed returns"?

I do intend to file a return electronically, so the error message is premature.

You cannot e-file a prior year's return best you can't direct debit the balance due either.

You should be able to e-file your tax return now and not see this error message. This issue has been resolved.
