How do you request a refund of the fee?

I paid with my card but I have to file paper how can I get my money back from turboTax?

When you use online TurboTax your fee is the same whether you e-file or file by mail. There was no extra fee to e-file. The fee was for using the software to prepare your tax return. You will not get a refund because you filed by mail.
