How do you find out if you are a "weekly" or "daily" update through IRS?

IRS updates WMR each day.   Your return may not have any change from day to day, so you wont see any changes.

• The best way to find out whether you are weekly or daily is to look at your prior year transcript(unless something drastically changed between this year and that year.)  If you previously received your tax refund on a Wednesday, then you would be weekly. If it was on a Friday, then you were daily processed.
• You can order a copy of your transcript here:https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript and then you can look at your cycle code.

2017 transcripts were blank please help

Well last year I received my refund on Friday this year is was on Wednesday..So I’m really not sure how the day I received refund would answer that question..

Same here mine are 2019 Wednesday 2018 Tuesday and 2017 Saturday so that doesn’t help me either

Tax refunds are processed by the IRS two times per week. On the first day, the IRS only processes refunds that it will make through direct deposit, and on the second processing day, the IRS mails all refund checks to taxpayers who don't choose direct deposit.

It's like these tax "experts" are intentionally trying to be as unhelpful as possible. We all know some people are updated daily and some weekly and that you find that out by looking at your transcript. If you don't know how to do that, maybe just don't answer instead of acting like the answer doesn't exist.
