Are you referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card?
If so, you'll need to contact the folks at the Card's customer service, which is separate from TurboTax. This is mainly a user community forum, but I can mention a couple of ways to report your card as lost and get a new one issued.

Then at next menu listen for "to report as lost" if that's your issue, and choose that. Then follow the prompts.

My wallet was stolen and I dont stay at the same address my new address is <address removed> and my old address was <address removed>

Please return to your post and click the three little blue dots on the upper right to remove your address from this site. Beware of anyone who contacts you---they will not be from TurboTax or your credit card.

it says i have called the wrong number once i do everything u just stated. My son ordered two cards they want tje last 4 digits of the last card, if the card is lost or atolen how can he give them the last r digits? Im getting angry! Plz help!

How do I report my card lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.
