How do I prepare an amended return for 2019 when I previously amended my 2019 return? Do I start with my original return or do I amend my previously amended return?

Both my original and amended return have been accepted and processed by the IRS. I'm not sure how the TurboTax software is set up to handle this situation. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

You amend the second time using the first amendment figures in column A and the program will do so automatically.

The program does not do so automatically and that's why people have trouble with TurboTax doing a second amendment.

Check your results carefully, or do it manually.

It's pretty straight-forward.
