Well after i got the notice of the audit and everything they needed from me, i sent everything in within one day. I also got the Tax Advocate Services behind me and i ended up getting my refund mid April. Or towards the end of April. I don't exactly remember. But it was in April.

My tax return has been saying processing since January 29....Should I be concerned

Depends on if your claiming the child tax credit. If you did not claim the EIC or other credits then you should call the irs to find out whats going on with your return. Good luck.

You should of gotten your refund by now. I claimed dependants so i had to wait until feb 15th bcz of that new law. But i got my refund today.
