When asked how you’d like to receive your tax refund, you would have needed to select the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card. If you did this, you should receive your card within 10 business days.

I was on Turbotax Advantage when I was in business, but I fully retired in 2024 and no longer need the business version. My credit card was charged $120. Please refund.
