If you have not filed yet, you would need to provide your account and routing number linked to your NetSpend card in the Direct Deposit section. If you do not have this information, you can call the number on the back of your card to get this information.
If you have not filed yet: To check how your refund is coming (or to change it if you haven't already filed or if you get rejected):
- Open your return in TurboTax.
- Click on “Take me to my return” if applicable.
- Go to the “File” section in the left-hand menu.
- Next to Step 2: Your refund info select “Revisit”. (Stop here if you're just checking.)
- Choose your desired refund method and select Continue.
