I have a new email address and phone number so how can use my new information to change my pin number

Did you ever set up an account on the app ?   If you did you should be able to make all those corrections.  Otherwise  you must call customer service which is currently overwhelmed with calls from folks looking for their stimulus checks which are not going on the cards.   So if this is just to reactivate the card for the second stimulus check then don't waste your time.

If you forget your PIN or would like to change it, you can make the change by logging in to the Turbo Card App.
