How do I get COVID-19 stimuli's check if I filled my taxes with turbo tax

How do I get my stimulus check? Will it be mailed or direct deposited?

As of today, the coronavirus stimulus package, or CARES act, has not been passed, so we are not able to say for sure how you will receive it.

Follow this blog post  for the latest information on tax deadlines, relief, and legislation, including the stimulus package, in response to coronavirus.

Here are other sources of information provided by TurboTax.

How are my taxes affected by COVID-19?

If you filed your 2019 Federal taxes, and the IRS accepted them, and you have a Social Security number and are a US citizen or registered alien, and your income is under $98,000 (single, 198,000 married), and you are not a dependent on another's tax return, then you are eligible to receive a stimulus payment.

If you filed a Federal tax return and received a refund from the IRS that was Direct Deposit to your bank account, you should receive your stimulus payment the same way.

If not, you will need to wait for the Treasury to set up the web portal for you to enter the banking information. Otherwise, you will receive a paper check by mail.

"In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail."
