TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099.
It would have a Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement that included the tax data from the forms that were entered.
The forms would be included in the PDF of the tax return in the tax year the return was completed.
Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.

You didn't say why you want a copy of your W-2. Do you just need the information from the W-2, or do you need a copy of the actual form?
A Wage and Income Transcript from the IRS contains the information from your W-2, but not in the format of the actual W-2 form. It is not a copy of the W-2. Some sensitive information might be partially masked, such as your Social Security number and the employer's tax ID number. Also, it does not include the state information (boxes 15 through 20) from the W-2. If a lender is asking for your W-2 to verify your income, they will probably accept an IRS transcript.
