How do I fix an error that isn't wrong? Turbo Tax is flagging an error with TC-40W about payer ID but I double triple checked on my W-2 and it's correct.

TC40W is Utah TC-40 Withholding Schedule. You must report Utah withholding tax from the following forms on the TC-40W, Part 1:

  • Federal form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement
  • Federal form 1099 (with Utah withholding), including 1099-R, 1099-MISC, 1099-G, etc.

Please click the following link for more information on TC-40W and to find out why you need to fill out the TC40W:

I have tried multiple ways to fix this issue, as well. How do we fix this error message?
